Who we are

Wexlyn is operated by CQ Marketing LLC (“we”). Contact: hello@wexlyn.ai.

What Wexlyn processes

On behalf of our customers, Wexlyn processes visitor data from their websites (page views, referrers, ad parameters, a first-party visitor id), contact details their visitors submit (email, phone, name), and commercial events from the tools they connect (sales, subscriptions, calls, CRM stages). Customers are the controllers of this data; Wexlyn is their processor.

What we collect about customers

Account details (name, email, company), billing information handled by Stripe, usage logs, support conversations and security logs (sign-ins, IP addresses).

How data is stored

Data lives in Supabase (Postgres) and ClickHouse Cloud in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit. Integration credentials are encrypted with keys held outside the database. We keep raw tracking events for 25 months by default; customers can shorten this.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service (hosting, database, email delivery, payments) and with the ad platforms a customer explicitly connects, for example when they enable offline conversions or audiences. We do not sell data.

Your rights

Visitors can ask the website owner (our customer) to access or delete their data; customers can delete any lead from Wexlyn. Customers can export or delete their account data at any time. EU/UK users may contact us to exercise GDPR rights.

Cookies

The tracking script sets a first-party identifier on the customer's own domain. The marketing site sets a referral cookie when a link contains ?ref=.
