FAQ and troubleshooting

Answers to the questions every new account asks in the first week.

My tracking percentage is low. What do I check first? In order: the script is in the <head> of the checkout and thank-you pages; every ad has the URL parameters; your payment tool is connected and sends the customer email; organic rules cover your main referrers.

A sale shows under "No source". Why? The customer's visits had no parameters and matched no rule, or the first visit was outside the attribution timeframe. Open the sale, look at the journey, then add a rule or extend the window.

Meta reports more sales than Wexlyn. Meta counts view-through and modelled conversions. Wexlyn counts a sale once, on the touch the customer actually clicked. Compare the Revenue and Reported columns side by side.

Does the script slow my site? It is under 10 KB, loads asynchronously and runs after the page is interactive.

Can clients see other clients' data? No. Access is enforced per client account in the database, not just in the interface.

How do I delete a lead or honour a privacy request? Settings → Tracking → Privacy. Searching by email deletes the lead and its journey across all reports.

Where is my data stored? In the United States (AWS us-east-1), encrypted at rest and in transit. Integration tokens are encrypted with a separate key.

How do I get help? Click Report a bug in the sidebar, or email support@wexlyn.ai. Include the client account name and, if it is about a sale, the customer email.
