The service

Wexlyn provides tracking, attribution and reporting software. Access during the private beta is granted by approval and may be withdrawn.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you collect through Wexlyn, including giving your visitors the notices and choices required by law, and for the credentials you connect. Do not use Wexlyn to track people who have opted out where the law requires honouring that choice.

Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until canceled. Trials convert only when you choose a plan.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the beta is provided as is. We will give notice of material changes and keep your data exportable.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
