Wexlyn AI
Ask questions of your live data, and have Wexlyn AI build dashboards, reports, schedules and conversion events, or import a CSV.
Wexlyn AI sits in the left menu. It reads the same reports you see and, for owners and admins, it can build things in the account. Every conversation is saved per person, so you can come back to one later.
Ask about your data
Spend, revenue, ROI, leads, calls and journeys, per traffic source, campaign, ad set or ad. It defaults to the Scientific model and the last 30 days unless you say otherwise, and quotes the numbers exactly as the reports compute them. It can also tell you whether anything is wrong (the hourly health check) and how your Meta match quality looks.
Build and edit dashboards
Say what you want on it: "Create a dashboard called Paid Media with KPI cards for cost, revenue, ROI and sales, a line chart of revenue and cost by day, and a table of the top campaigns." It creates the dashboard, lays the widgets out and gives you the link. You can start from one of the dashboard templates, add a widget to an existing dashboard, change a widget's metric, range or model, remove one, or rename the dashboard. Everything is saved under Dashboard like anything you build by hand.
Reports
- Generate: "Performance by campaign for the last 14 days, Scientific model." You get the numbers in the chat and a link that opens Reporting → Performance with the report already generated.
- Save: "Save that as Weekly Campaigns." It appears under Your Reports.
- Schedule: "Email it to me every Monday at 8:00 UTC." Daily, weekly (Mondays) or monthly (the 1st), to up to 20 addresses; each email covers the period that just ended. Schedules live under Reporting → Scheduled.
Conversion events
Ask what you can send to ("Which pixels can I send conversions to?") and then describe the event: "Send a Purchase with the sale amount to my Meta pixel whenever a sale is recorded." It creates the event under Settings → Attribution → Conversion events, switched on, and can pause or resume events later.
Import a CSV
Attach a file with the paperclip in the chat. Wexlyn AI reads it (a profile of every column, plus any rows you ask for), answers questions about it, and imports it as sales, leads or calls on request. It tells you the column mapping it will use and how many rows before importing. Rows are matched to people the same way a live integration's are, and imported records show the provider "import:ai" in the CRM.
Prompts
The AI page starts with grouped example prompts (Analyze, Dashboards, Reports, Conversion events, Import a CSV). Send one as it is or edit it first; the Prompts button brings them back during a conversation.
Permissions
Reading is available to everyone with access to the account. Building, saving, scheduling, creating conversion events and importing need the owner or admin role, the same as doing it by hand. The same tools are available to Claude, Grok and ChatGPT through the connector, except file attachments, which only exist in the in-app chat.
