Reporting
Lead stages, calls and custom metrics
Track booked, showed and closed calls as stages and build cost-per-stage metrics.
A lead stage is a step in your funnel: Opt-in, Booked call, Showed, Qualified, Closed. Wexlyn assigns stages from integrations and rules, then reports cost per stage for every source.
Where stages come from
- Integration rules (GoHighLevel pipeline stage → Wexlyn stage, Calendly event → "Booked", iClosed outcome "Showed").
- Dynamic URL rule
lead_stage=Showedon a thank-you page. - Zapier or the API: the "Update lead stage" action.
- Manually from a lead's detail page.
Call tracking
Calls arrive from Calendly, GoHighLevel appointments and iClosed. Each call has a type, a status (booked, showed, no-show, cancelled), an outcome and a closer. CRM → Calls lists them; the Phone closing tab lets closers log outcomes by hand.
Call qualification rules mark a call as qualified when a field matches, for example "budget ≥ 5000".
Custom metrics
Settings → Custom metrics builds formulas from any column, for example:
Cost per showed call = Cost / Calls (Showed)
Show rate = Calls (Showed) / Calls (Booked)
Custom metrics appear in the Columns picker of every report and in dashboard widgets.
Costs that are not ad spend
- Custom source costs: upload a CSV or type a daily cost for an organic source (an influencer fee, a podcast sponsorship).
- Product hard costs: cost of goods per product, so profit columns are real. Toggle Exclude hard costs on any report.
