Workspace
Workspaces, client accounts and your team
How agencies organise clients, invite teammates and control who sees what.
Workspace vs. client account
- A workspace is your company: billing, team and settings live here.
- A client account is one brand being tracked: its own tracking domains, script, integrations and data. Agencies have many; a single business usually has one.
Switch between client accounts from the account menu at the top right. Every page, report and setting shows the active account only.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace |
| Admin | Manage team, accounts and integrations |
| User | View reports and data for the accounts they are given |
Invite people from Settings → Team. An invite can be limited to specific client accounts, which is how you give a client read access to only their numbers.
Sign-up and approval
New Wexlyn accounts are switched on by the Wexlyn team after sign-up. Teammates you invite skip that queue and get in as soon as they accept the invitation.
Security
- Passwords need at least 8 characters.
- Two-factor authentication (authenticator app) is available under Settings → Security and is required for Wexlyn staff.
- Every admin action and every "view as user" session by Wexlyn staff is written to an audit log.
